Vector files will produce the best image quality. If possible, all fonts should be converted to outlines. Bitmap files may print fuzzy or with faded ink coverage. If bitmap files are the only thing you have, they should be at least 600 DPI. and grayscale, blacks should be 100% grayscale black . I need 1/4" margins all the way around. will not be liable for files that were submitted that vary from these specifications is not responsible for any errors, misspellings once work is approved for printing. Please review all documents carefully; once documents are approved for printing, will not be liable for any mistakes once documents are printed.

A Vector based PDF file with the fonts converted to outlines are usually the best choice for artwork. If fonts are not outlined in the file you submit, unexpected font issues may occur and will not be responsible. Files will be preflighted and sent as proofs in the optimal format for printing on our presses, even if the customer orders as 1 color only.

I try very hard to meet production deadlines, but there are no guarantees your job will be finished on a specified date.

Due to the nature of carbonless paper, small press marks may appear on the copies below the white top copy.

Since these are custom orders, Once a proof has been approved by the customer, the customer can not make changes or cancel the order once the production process has begun. If you are ordering a custom priced order, you must type in a detailed description of exactly what you are ordering. You must include all specs for the order in the Customer Notes section of the order form.

I only take prepaid orders. I am one man company and do not have the ability to do billing. If you use a personal credit card, you will get a paid receipt through email that you can use for reimbursement. You could also mail a company check to me ahead of time. If you mail in a check for your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you ordered custom printed carbonless forms, they will be glued at the edge that seems to be the top unless specified otherwise. Your form will be printed to the size of the form ordered. If needed we will adjust the dimensions of your file to fit the size ordered. We reserve the right to adjust margins as needed to run correctly on press. If you choose the option for the wraparound covers, we will perforate 1/2" down from the glued edge so your artwork will be adjusted accordingly.

When you print on the top copy of the forms with a pen, the writing will transfer through to all copies. Backside printing is for information only and if you write on the backside with a pen, the information does not transfer through to the next page.

If you choose numbering and do not specify a position for the numbering, we will choose one for you. All numbering is printed in RED INK standard size, regardless of the color of ink you choose for the printing of the actual forms. We can only print numbering in red ink. The numbering can only be positioned a 1/2" below the glued edge on down. The size of the numbering is around 14pt. Your proof will not show the numbering on the file. Either a NO. or a - (dash) will be before the number. We do not retain starting numbers from previous orders and will not be responsible for incorrect beginning numbering if the customer omits to list a starting number when placing the order.

All sales are final. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your order is damaged by Fed Ex, please email us right away. Because Fed Ex sometimes requires an inspection of the damage, it is very important that you keep all packing materials and the damaged goods for 2 weeks. You MUST inform of damaged package claims within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. Replacement items will not be sent until completion of the claims process.

All claims MUST be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order for custom orders and within 90 days for non-custom orders. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.

Note: Custom orders are any orders that are printed. Non-custom orders are all other products such as blank carbonless paper.

On a case by case basis we will investigate and determine if the damage was due to negligence on our part. Due to the nature of carbonless paper, small press marks may be present on the non white pages. Please email with questions. If a return is granted, you must return every single sheet, or item, that was sent to you unused. We appreciate your adherence and acceptance of these conditions.
